YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY TO NOTIFY US THAT  YOU WISH
TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS .

YOU MUST NOTIFY US AT INFO@ZIPLINEHOMEKITS.COM PRIOR TO  
RETURNING  ITEMS TO OUR LOCATION AT "YOUR COST" AND AFTER ITEMS
HAVE BEEN  INSPECTED,  A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY. DEFECTIVE
ITEMS WILL BE EXCHANGED AT NO COST.

REFUNDS ARE ISSUED ON A COMPANY CHECK DUE TO CREDIT CARD
NUMBERS BEING DELETED FROM OUR SYSTEM FOR SAFETY REASONS.

CHECK AMOUNT WILL REFLECT THE RE-STOCKING FEE AND ANY USED ITEM
INCLUDING THE HELPFUL TIPS CD. CD'S WHICH HAVE BEEN OPENED CAN NOT
BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT DUE TO POSSIBLE COMPUTER VIRUSES.

NO ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED AFTER USE.

information with 3rd parties. Credit
card information is deleted as per
Yahoo Merchant policies.
All items included in kits are subject to the warranty and return policy
of the supplier of each item.

After receiving items in your kit, please inspect each item within in 5
days of receipt.

If an item is found to be defective, please email
info@ziplinehomekits.com and arrangements will be made to replace
defective items.

No item may be returned after use.
